My last college assignment was a Flash animation. I drew a stick man and made him fly around or something. Also there was some violence. I haven’t used Flash since college, but I have drawn a lot of stick people shouting at each other. (Maybe that’s what a lot of the world looks like to me?)

Stick World Timeline:
July 18, 2006 – First comic, “Theory Man,” posted on xanga, “the blogging community.”
September 19, 2007 – Facebook photo album created for my comics.
September 29, 2008 – As a trial run, I set my phone to remind me to add a new comic to the album every weekday. Turns out it’s not too terribly hard.
November 1, 2008 – stickworldcomics.com officially launches.

How long have you been making comics?
L: Since sometime after college. Began mostly as way to process the snobbery there.
What else do you do?
L: A lot of music. Hang out with my two brothers. I love movies, indoor soccer and parkour.

L: The Incredibles.

L: “What I’d Say to Martians” and “Whiter Shades of Pale ” are both great for a laugh.

L: Guys who want to create life but don’t want to be dads.

L: My brothers. Star Wars.

L: Eminem. Chali 2na is good, too.
